For all initial, First-time bookings, only ONE of the following three forms of information is requested below and will be necessary for this Verification & Screening process, to book and confirm a Sweetheart Date Engagement without exception.

Personal & Company Information Companion References A Membership ID - P411or TER

*If you're not comfortable with any of these forms of screening and verification requirements listed above, there's another way. You'll have to find another companion willing to take a chance, without any of the pertinent verification information I require. Most companions require the same information so it may be a challenge, however, you may get lucky. If you find someone and you get a reputable currently advertising Companion Reference listed on a prominent advertising website, I can verify you like this. Only if I can be assured with the Companion Reference you provide is acceptable, then we can book a date.

To verify you through your Company Information, please send at least three forms of the pertinent information listed below, along with and MUST include some Personal information, such as a Selfie, your full Name, Phone number and/or Email and you'll also need to send a picture of your Photo ID, Driver's License, or Passport. This will all need to match either your Company Photo ID Badge, Company Website with your photo on it, or your Linkden Profile with your photo on it, and are all acceptable.

If your so discrete, as not to have any of your photos on your company's on-line website, that's acceptable and listed here, you may send an Email from your Company Email address. It must include your Company Name within the Email Address, and your email must include your Personal Signature listing the Company Name, Phone Number and/or Logo, that's on your Company's Website. I do not need to reply to your Company Email, just let me know in a personal email, text or call before you send it, if you don't want me to reply because you need to be extra careful and discrete.

If you're not comfortable with any of these forms of Company Verification still, and your company is listed On-line with a Phone Number on its Website and your ok with me calling you discretely to make contact through your company phone number, this may also be acceptable depending.

If you prefer to verify with a Companion Reference, please email two of the forms of information listed below. Submit either 1-2 Companion References, depending and include their current contact information and advertising link. Your Companion will need to confirm that they've met you before and are willing to give you a nice gentleman reference. They must be a reputable companion, currently advertising on a prominent advertising site, as an independent provider and you'll need to send and provide their Ad Link, and/or their Website/URL link, Name, Phone and/or Email.

If you have a Companion Reference listed on a high-ranking Agency website, they must have their picture on the agency website and/or have a posted advertisement with their picture for the agency on a prominent Companion Website. Must provide their Ad Link, Name, Phone and Email.

An Owner of a high-ranking Agency may also vouch for you and give you a Reference, with your name, phone and/or email. You must provide the Companions Name along with the high-ranking Agency's Name & Website/URL link, Owners Name, Phone and/or Email and any Contact Information which applies.

I'll check the message board for your Membership site. Include the Name of the Membership site, your ID#, Name and Handle in your email or text message and include your Booking Request with any specific details or special requests. After I get your message, I'll contact you for confirmation your Booking request so we can book our date.
